It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Gornick of Belmont, Ohio, who passed away on August 31, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Barbara Gornick to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Ogershok and Frances Ogershok (Cheslock); her husband Sylvester Gornick, Jr.; and her brothers, John and Michael Ogershok.
She is survived by: her children, Victoria Lockhart (Ted) of Howard, Ohio, Sylvester Gornick, III (Rhonda) of Irwin, Stanley Gornick (Janie) of Belmont, Ohio and Stephen Gornick (Sarah) of Garner; and her brother-in-law Sam Gornick. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, step- grandsons.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Assumption Catholic Church.
