He is survived by: his children, Dave Hoover (Wendy Thrall) of Shelby Township, Shelly Ramey (Tony) of Galion, Tim Hoover of Lexington and Diana Noblet (Doug) of Bellville; his grandchildren, Jordan, Savannah, Justice Hoover, Jodee Mullins, Kayla Metcalfe (Bill), Jasmine, Hayden Hoover, Douglas Noblet (Jillian) and Darbee Haring (Chris); his great grandchildren, Ethan, Faith Mullins and Cali Metcalfe; and his uncle Bob Hoover.
