He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald E. Hout and Edith M. Hout (Thierlein); and his sister Penny Bender. He is survived by: his girlfriend Beverly Swihart; his son Jeff Hout (Shawnna) of Mansfield; his stepdaughters, Jackie Deiter (Eric) and Jennifer Negel (Jason); his grandchildren, Lane Hout, Gracie Hout and Heath Hout; his brother Thomas Hout (Joyce); and his friend Emily Saxton.
