She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Sr. and Beverly Hurrell (Black); her husband Russell Oliver; and her siblings, Rodney "Sam" Schulties, Richard "Rick" Schulties, Marsha Gill and Connie Lynn Hurrell.

She is survived by: her children, Justin Hurrell (Erin Gorrell) and Brittney Carwell; her grandchildren, Emalee Poole, Evan Harry and Amellia Hurrell; her siblings, Edward Hurrell (Kathe), Kelly Wilfong (Rob), Vicki Carns (Dick), Albert Jr. Hurrell (Pam) and Tammy Hurrell; and her close friends, Mike Brake and Rochelle "Roch" Palmer. She is also survived by pets; along with many extended family and friends.
