He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Neighbors and June Neighbors (Weaver); and his cousins, Ralph and Lee Neighbors. He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle George (Geoffrey), Krista Van Dyke (Cory) and Amber Lemon (Danny); his stepchildren, Crystal Lynn Smith (David) and Travis Thompson; his grandchildren, Adrianna Foglesong (Kevin), Kyle Mowers and McKenna Van Dyke; his stepgrandchildren, Angel and Drake Goldsmith; his great grandchildren, Gavin and Gracie; his siblings, Carol Owens (Carl), Pat Cole and Michael Neighbors (Misty); the mother of his children Sheila Neighbors; and his cousin Helen Neighbors. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
