It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vivian Frazier (Bellevue, Ohio), born in Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on July 26, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles, Jr. Tuggle and Naoma Tuggle (Chapman); and her brothers, Thomas Tuggle and Charles Tuggle III. She is survived by: her husband Frederick A. Frazier; her sons, Michael Frazier (Denise) and Mark Frazier (Malissa); her granddaughters, Tiffany of Bellevue, Kaitlyn of Bellevue, Victoria of Bellevue and Alexandra of Bellevue; her sisters, Karren Bowling of Columbus and Sharon Kulp (Gary) of Columbus; and her friend Jamie Ruffing.
