He is survived by: his sons, Jordan Adkins of Bellevue, Jay Adkins of Bellevue and Jonah Adkins of Bellevue; his grandchildren, Joshua, Gracie and Brooklyne Adkins; and his brother Jamie Adkins of Gilbert, WV.
