He is survived by: his spouse Luann Wolf; his daughter Jennifer Lenthe (John) of Clyde; his stepchildren, Josh Wolf (Jane) of Elmore and Sara Wolf of Woodville; his grandchildren, Madeline Miller, Makayla, Devon and Bryson Lenthe; his stepgrandchildren, Lillian Wolf, Dillon and Lucielle Fulweber; his siblings, Jeanne Metz of Plymouth, Ken Miller (Jan) of Bellevue, Bev Sutphen (Terry) of Bellevue and Sue Miller of Norwalk; and his mother-in-law Ruth Wolf.

The family suggests that memorials may be made to Promedica Hospice.
