He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Harper and Fern Harper (Erickson); his brother Blair Harper (Eunice); his wife Donelda Christman; his brother-in-law Robert Christman; and his siblings, Terry Christman (Donna) and Jane Thomas (Hank).
He is survived by: his children, Debra Harper, Sheree Harper and Steven Harper; his sister-in-law Beverly Christman; his grandchildren, Holly Gonzales (Robert), Ashley Gray (Eric), Lenette Mercer (Kyle), Blair Harper (Monica) and Justin Long; his great grandchildren, Sofia Gonzales, Ellie, Easton Gray, Gavin and Liam Mercer; his nieces and nephews, Robin Hamm, Terri McNulty (Tommy), Lisa Christman, DeeAnn Pinnell (Lance), Troy Thomas, Mike Christman, Charles Harper and Ben Harper; and his great-nephews, Austin Pinnell, Shane Pinnell, Joseph McNulty and Brayden McNulty.
