She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Joseph and Mary Jane Owens (Price); and her son Bryan Michael Neal. She is survived by: her children, Alexa Rodriguez of Bellevue and Richard (Misty Trice) of Bellevue; her grandchildren, Hope Peterson, Faith Peterson, Mackenzie Neal, Trysten Peterson, Leonidas Peterson-Trice, Jaden Peterson, Sgt. Vicente Lopez Jr., Angel Lopez, Onasis Rodriguez and Devin Rodriquez; her great grandchild Mila Lopez; her sister Carol Woods (Roger); and her niece Alyssa.
