He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Sour and Helen Sour (Pangborn); and his daughter Jodi B. Sour. He is survived by: his children, William C. Carroll, Jr. (Mandy) of Bellevue, Kenneth E. Carroll of Bellevue, James A. Carroll of Bellevue, Keith L. Carroll of Bellevue, Jodi A. Renwand of Republic and Pamela Seemer of Missouri; his siblings, Richard Sour (Barbara) of Columbus and Beverly Whitaker (Dick) of Columbus; and his pet Buddy. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made in Robert's honor to the Sandusky County Humane Society or the Bellevue Fallen Soldiers Fund.
