He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert A. Striebel and Marian Fay Striebel (Sidoti); his sister Gloria Ann Fay; and his parents-in-law, Albert and Mary Claus.
He is survived by: his wife Rose M. Fay; his children, Robert S. Fay (Jamie) of Republic, Diane M. Doster (Jason) of Bellevue, Jennifer L. Alley (Ryan) of Bellevue and Suzanne E. Fay of Bellevue; his grandsons, Jack, Clayton, Andrew and Colby; and his siblings, Charles Claus of Bellevue, William Claus of Collins, James Claus of Willard, Ron Claus of Bellevue, Tom Fay of Maumee, Kate Kreinbrink of Shelby, Betty Wasserman of Van Wert, Marlene Meyer of Bellevue and Kathy Stallion of Norwalk.
