He is survived by: his children, Deb Agee (Brad) of Bellevue, Robin Bellard Crumpler of Westerville, OH and Bob Bellard (Rhonda) of Johnstown, OH; and his grandchildren, Sarah Wilk (Cam), Matt Agee, Seth Agee, Zach Crumpler and Emily Crumpler.
