He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Antalek and Elizabeth Jurek (Hranek-Antalek); his wife Mary (O'Donnell); and his sons, Michael, Steven and Patrick Antalek.
He is survived by: his children, Bob J. Antalek (Minda) of Daly City, CA, David Antalek (Fran) of Pleasant Hill, CA, Thomas Antalek of Bay Point, CA, John Antalek of New York City, NY, Mary Beth Antalek of Buffalo, NY, Theresa Thomas of Fort Gratiot, MI, Kathleen Piscitello (John) of Westfield Center, OH, Lorraine Smith (Steve) of Norwalk and Colleen Porter (Donald) of Bellevue; and his siblings, Francis Antalek (Mary Jo) of Toledo, Ohio and Mary Ann Geampa of Buffalo, NY.. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
