It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip Smith (Bellevue, Ohio), born in Sandusky, Ohio, who passed away on July 23, 2019, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Donnie Joe Smith; and his mother-in-law Janice Ommert. He is survived by: his wife Stacy (Ommert); his children, Zachary Smith of Bellevue, Micaela Smith of Bellevue and Annalise Smith of Bellevue; his mother Lillian Smith of Sandusky; and his sister Jennifer Smith of Sandusky.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to assist in future educational expenses.
