She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel V. Bickley and Martha P. Bickley (Wrabel); her husband Eugene Francis; her grandson Chad Francis; and her siblings, Ruth, Geraldine, Lawrence, Paul, Edward, Leo and Elwyn Bickley.

She is survived by: her children, Karen LaRose (Leonard) of Bellevue, Kelly Heckman (Tom) of Bluffton, Scott Francis (Gayle) of Bellevue and Jerry Francis (Jeri); and her grandchildren, Kevin (Missy), Linda (Rich), Liana (Paul), Greg (Sharon), Melinda (Matt), Brad, Doug (Angie), Shane (Rebecca), Erica (Jason), Troy (Shelly) and Brandy (Ben). She is also survived by 30 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
