She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Levy and Jeanne Levy; her brothers, Jean (Allied) and Daniel Levy; and her daughter Carol Monique Lepley.
She is survived by: her friends, Jo and Geri; her pets, Miss Uno and Peanut; her siblings, Annie and Franklin of France; her daughters, Catherine Boyd of Mansfield, OH and Karen Ball (Benjamin) of Clyde, OH; her grandchildren, Christina Widdop (Adrian), Michael Garrett (Chelsea), Kyle Ball (Ashley) and Shannon Ackerman (Scott); and her great grandchildren, Landon, Campbell, Annora Widdop, Austin, Owen Garrett, Everly, Ella, Emersyn, Xander Ball and Ernest Ackerman.
