He was predeceased by: his parents, Elson Ray Peavy and Lois Hayles-Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Peavy (Wilson) of Bellevue; his sons, Dale Ray Peavy and Michael Shane Peavy; his stepson Ronald Cress; and his sisters, Janet Mclain (Mark) and Penny Robison. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
