He was predeceased by: his parents, Clemith Duffett and Myrtle Duffett (Gowitzka); his fiancée Judith Widman; and his siblings, John Duffett of Fremont, OH, Iverna Fallecker of Norwalk and Shirley Shorts-Thanasiu of Fremont.
He is survived by: his caregivers, Frank, Edna, Staci, Jenny, Leslie, Jamie Dena, Miranda, Rhonda D and Benny; and his siblings, Clemith Duffett (Sheila) of Castalia, OH and Clarice Mason (Alvin) of Bellevue, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
