She was predeceased by: her parents, Maybelle M. Coup (Loose) and Samuel Louis Coup; her husband Robert E. Cook; and her brother Emerson Coup. She is survived by: her daughter Wendy Cook-Scagnetti; and her son-in-law David Scagnetti. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
