He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Lee and Marian Dougherty (Nation); his wife Susan R. Dougherty (Braun); and his grandson Jax Aaron Dougherty. He is survived by: his sons, Raymond Dougherty (Emily) of Bellevue and Carl Dougherty (Trisha) of Bellevue; his grandchildren, Maximus Lee Dougherty, Laken Arthur Dougherty and Ronald Rankin (Caroline); his great grandchildren, Christian, Veronica and Matthew; and his sister Jackie Courtney of Oregon.
