She was predeceased by: her parents, John Farmer and Louise Farmer (Carnahan); her husband Arnold S. Ruffing; her daughter Brenda S. Ruffing; her granddaughter Tiffany; her great grandchild Dreyson; her siblings, Jay Farmer and Barb Bonner; and her son-in-law Andrew Bischoff.
She is survived by: her children, Arnold P. Ruffing (Tina) of North Fairfield, Donald A. Ruffing (Stacy) of Attica, Lisa M. Ruffing of Bellevue, Sheri L. Bischoff of Monroeville, Mary E. Carpenter (Dan) of Norwalk and John S. Ruffing of Bellevue; her grandchildren, Alexis, Joey, Cheyanna, Jesse, Kylie, Kainon, D. J., Ava, Mataya and Aidan; her great grandchildren, Daxson and Raegan; and her siblings, Patty Romell (Tom) of Monroeville, Mike Farmer (Sandy) of Vermillion, Sam Farmer (Penny) of North Fairfield, Mary Jo Mantz (Ron) of Milan and Diana Boggs (Clyde) of Monroeville.
