He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Heath Sr. and Alice Snyder; his son Terry Maxwell Heath; and his sister Patricia L. Heath-Oddo-Jenkinson. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn (Dinger); his children, Tony Sebetto of Clyde, Todd Heath of Bellevue and Heidi Sue Rhodes (Todd) of Fort Wayne, IN; his grandchildren, Garrett, Dalton, Colin, Shaye, Betsy, Dominic, Alora, Zach, Anthony and Alyviah; his great grandchildren, Aris, Elizabeth, Jade and Aliana; his siblings, Robert L. Heath Jr. (Kim) of Bellevue, David Heath (Jackie) of Bellevue and Judy D. Heath-Strecker of Bellevue; and his stepmother Helen Heath of Bellevue. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Under current Ohio mandates a mask will be required along with social distancing.
