James Morton Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Morton of Bellevue, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 5, 2024 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Morton to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Morton and Arie Shackleford (Hill); his spouse Shirley Morton (Navarre); his stepfather Lester Shackleford; his siblings, Donna Long and Henry Morton; his grandson Zachary Orwig; his son-in-law Robert Orwig; and his brother-in-law Larry Baggett.
He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Sura (John) of LaPorte, IN, Lori Orwig of Bellevue, Jacqueline Musko (Charles) of Bellevue and Kim Consolo (Jim) of Bellevue; and his sister Helen Baggett of Monroe. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren.
A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (231 E Center St, Bellevue, OH 44811). A burial was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at the Bellevue Catholic Cemetery.
