He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Jolly and Mamie Lewis; his stepmother Arlene Caskey Jolly; his sister Dianna Nelson Michaels; and his uncle Paul King.

He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, James T. Jolly (Sabrina) and Gina Jolly; his brothers, Ronald Jolly (Patricia) and Joseph Jolly (Tanya); his stepbrother William Caskey (Darrell); his grandchildren, Jayden Cartinian, Jenna Jolly, Janelle Jolly and Evan Jolly; and his aunt Anna King. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
