He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Veith and Mildred V. Veith (Butcher); his brothers, William B. and James R. Veith; his grandson Caleb Veith; his parents-in-law, Keith "Pete" Mygrant and Olive R. Mygrant; and his brother Roy "Pete" Guice.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Veith; his children, Ronald Veith of Germany, Duane Veith (Crystal) of Bellevue and Nada Silerio (J. Cruz) of Fremont; and his grandchildren, Christian, Catalino, Matthew, Antonio and Sara. He is also survived by sister/brother-in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
