He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Bartish (Caldwell); his children, Michael Bartish (Cheri), Angie Satterfield (Tom), Katie Bartish, Elizabeth Bartish, Brittny Bartish, Jason Caldwell (Erin), Joseph Caldwell and Joshua Caldwell (Katherine); his grandchildren, Bailey Ammannati (Logan), Mikaila Bartish, Quentin Bartish, Ryan Veliz (Makenzie), Elidia Veliz, Brandon Veliz, Breanne Veliz, Kameron O'Shea, Julia O'Shea, Dean O'Shea, Vincent White, Alyssa White, Connor Caldwell, Lillian Caldwell, Aurora Caldwell and Harper Caldwell; his great grandchildren, Baby Ammannati, Layne Veliz and Theo Veliz; his siblings, Cindy Thomas (Charles) and Darrell Gray (Denise); and his close friends, Richard Schippel (Tammy), Chad Cover (Lou Ann) and David Barnard (Jennifer).
