He was predeceased by: his parents, William Shufelt and Ethel Shufelt (Mapes); and his son Keith Shufelt. He is survived by: his children, Kevin Shufelt of Bellevue, Kelly Frederick (Dean) of Bellville and Karen Miller (John) of Tiffin; his grandchild Ryan Frederick of Bellevue; and his children, Monica Todd of Kingsville, Jordan Frederick (Felicia) of Bellevue, Morgan Trumbull (Dallas) of Oak Harbor and Jacob O'Neil (Megan) of Kentucky. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
