It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsa Willoughby (Bellevue, Ohio), born in Mount Sterling, Kentucky, who passed away on January 29, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anderson Willoughby and Thelma Willoughby (Allen); her husband Joseph Goldsberry; and her siblings, Pauline Risner, John Willoughby and Paul Martin.
She is survived by: her children, Mildred Keck (John) of Green Springs, Kim Goldsberry (Philip Gregory) of Cleveland Heights, OH and Richard Stombaugh (Chris Bond) of Bellevue; and her siblings, Thomas Willoughby, Jerry Willoughby, Jewel Fox and Janice Wilson. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
