It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eileen Shaffer of Bellevue, Ohio, born in Coalport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 29, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Traveny and Annabelle Traveny (Irwin); her husband Floyd Shaffer; her son Scott A. Shaffer; and her siblings, Ed Traveny and Evelyn "Tiny" Traveny Janocko.
She is survived by: her sons, Steve Shaffer of Bellevue and Shawn Shaffer (Shadow) of Tiffin; her grandchildren, Stephanie Shaffer of Columbus, Samantha Shaffer of Tiffin and Seth Shaffer of Bellevue; and her daughter-in-law Cheryl Shaffer Treat of Bellevue.
