He is survived by: his parents, Larry Patrick of Bellevue and Tamra Patrick (Pannell) of Bellevue; his children, Dana Patrick of Bellevue, Cloe Patrick of Bellevue and Collin Patrick of Bellevue; and his siblings, Tawna Patrick, Jaime Wright, Marshall Patrick, Jory Patrick and Dale Patrick.
