She was predeceased by: her parents, George Stephen and Dorothy Irene Polley (Kopp); her husbands, Roy H. Phillips and Wilbert J. Block; and her siblings, Robert Polley, George Polley, Helen Stephenson and Harley Polley. She is also survived by Aunt Dodie is survived by her nieces and nephews.
