He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry C. Koser and Helen O. Koser (Weber); his wife Phyllis M. (Mitchell); his siblings, Louis Koser, Catherine Peters (George) and Ella Bursley; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Koser and Charles Schaefer.
He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Koser of Bellevue, Betty Schaefer of Bixton, Maine and Nancy Huff (Henry) of Kelliher, Minnesota. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to St. John's Lutheran Church, 209 Southwest St, Bellevue.
