He was predeceased by: his father Valcie Jacobs; his grandparents, Elzie Bolen, Anna Mae Bolen (Wooten), Golden Jacobs and Osa Jacobs (Pullins); and his nephew Tyler Zahel.
He is survived by: his significant other Cynthia Sberna of Bellevue; his mother Anna Lee Jacobs of Bellevue; his siblings, Keith Jacobs, Ron Jacobs, Tammy Sberna (Walt) and Scott Sberna; and also, Sam Sberna and RoseAnn Sberna. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
