He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Arp and Jennie Arp (Lattimer); his wife Debra L. Arp; his sister Susan Sieger; and his parents-in-law, Edward and Barbara Beiler.
He is survived by: his children, Joshua David Arp (Katie) of Norwalk, Autumn Joy Miller (Joshua) of Stuart, Caleb Lee Arp (Kelsey) of Vickery, Matthew Wyatt Arp (Anna) of Norwalk, Harmony Grace Miller (Daniel) of Fremont and Stephen Daniel Arp (Katelyn) of Fremont; and his siblings, Steven Arp (Lisa) of Republic and Penny Arp of Flatrock. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
