He is survived by: his mother Mary Pettyjohn (Jacobson); his daughters, Harmony Cote (Chris) and Saiard Cullen (James); his grandchildren, Cheyann Iannantuono (Alex), Koen Cote, Kaitlyn Cullen and Ashlee Cullen; his great grandchild Helaina Iannantuono; his sister Kathy Vomund; and his half-brother Danny Pettyjohn.
