He is survived by: his parents, Ricky Parrish and Rebecca Parrish (Tackett); his wife Sarah Parrish (Steinmetz); his daughters, Alicia Parrish and Jaylin Lacy; his brothers, Shawn Parrish (Airlee) of Sandusky and Chad Parrish (Holly) of Bellevue; and his grandparents, Robert Parrish and Betty Parrish (Rudy). He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews.
