She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Fultz and Magdalen Fultz (Nick); and her siblings, Willie Fultz, JoAnn Berberick, Joyce Wadams and Sandra Gurney.
She is survived by: her siblings, Larry Fultz of Clyde, Faye Hundley of Bellevue, Mary Jo Ulman of Clyde and Linda Hall of Clyde. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
