He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Garrard and Blanche Garrard (Aderholt); and his wife Ida Garrard (Gipson). He is survived by: his children, Keith Garrard and Debbie Druckenmiller (Mike); his grandchildren, Matthew Druckenmiller (Ashley), Charlene Stout (Aaron), Acesa Garrard (Ashley) and Caleb Druckenmiller; his brother-in-law Charles Gipson (Marie); and his siblings, LaVaughn Bobo, Alene Ropchak and Jesse Jerome Garrard. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild.
