She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Martin and Elizabeth Martin (Meyer); her husband Forrest L. Norman; her daughter Marcia Smith; and her brother Elmer "Tony" Martin.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Norman (Lisa) of Bellevue and Vickie Meadows (Alex) of Bellevue; and her grandchildren, Gary Weller II, Gretchen Weller, Alex Meadows Jr., Christopher Meadows, Ryan Norman, Alyssa Norman and Zachary Norman. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
