He is survived by: his parents, Brian Lewis and Keirsten Brant; his grandparents, Patricia, Braden Sanford, Christy Thornsberry (Michael) and James Brant Jr.; his aunts and uncles, Fynn, Walter, Brady, Jeremy, Kaylee, Kelsey, Kylie, Aubrey and Hannah; his great-aunt Paula Williamson; his great-grandparents, Patsy Lewis, Dennis, Sherry Johnston, Kay Brant and Jeanette Moulton; his great-uncle Paul D. Lewis Jr.; and his great-aunt Susan Lewis.
Friends will be received on Monday, October 12, 2020 from 4-7 p. m. at Foos & Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue where a funeral service will begin on Tuesday at 11 a. m. Under current Ohio mandates set forth, masks and social distancing will be required.
