He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Laurel "Skeeter" and Elizabeth Wilgus (Hornbeck); his wife Marilyn M. Wilgus; his daughters, Jackie Heiert (Dave) of Crestview, KY and Rexanne Cole (Chris) of Dola; and his stepchildren, Rick Tracy of Indianapolis, IN and Sheryl Tracy of Springville, IN. He was also cherished by 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; his first wife and now companion, Nancy (Shirk) Stokes; a sister, Grace Lytle of West Liberty and nieces and nephews.
