He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Mason and Gladys Collins (Chafins); his children, Vicki Lease, Debbi Reed, Richard Nutter and Jerry Collins; his grandchildren, Jarod George and Todd Mouser; his great grandchild Chase Nelson; his children-in-law, Allen Lease and Sue Collins; and his brothers-in-law, Butter Napper, Leroy Welsh and Bob Welsh.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Welsh-Nutter; his children, Dena Collins George (Ray), Melissa Miller, William "Willie" Collins and Charles "Chuck" Collins; his grandchildren, Persie Nelson (Kenny), Brandy Herzog (Shawn), Tarina Mouser (Adam), Carri Brunswick (Matt), Jerrie Baum, Colin Rockhold (Miranda), Lauren Ransome (Kaine), Spencer George (Nikki), Michael Collins, Willie Collins (Lydia), Sasha Collins, Tina Collins, Samantha Collins, Carri Lou, Amanda and Cindy; his sister Birdie Simpson (Craig); his daughter-in-law Angel Collins; his sister-in-law Bonnie Napper; his aunts, Arbutus Bryant and Mildred Adkins; and his brother-in-law Denzil Welsh (Barbara). He is also survived by 37 great grandchildren; and 6 great-great grandchildren.
