Scherer and Bill; his children, Kristen DeMatteo (Jason) and Justen Scherer (Ashlee); his grandsons, Hunter Scherer and Vincent DeMatteo; his significant other Pam Clark; and his sister Barbara Scherer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many loving friends.
