William Herring Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Herring of Bellefontaine, Ohio, who passed away on October 10, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William George and Mary Lu Herring Meyer (Ricks); his stepfather Lawrence Meyer; his son Rodney Joe Herring; and his brothers, John Edwin "Ed" Herring and Kenneth "Vernon" Herring.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth M. Herring (McVay); his children, Debra Pequignot (James) of Bellefontaine, Rick Herring of Bellefontaine and Bertha Kauffman of Bellefontaine; his grandchildren, Joe Pequignot (Paige), Mandy Pequignot, Misty Herring, Jessie Brown (Joe), Michelle Miller (John), Mindy Herring, Donna Stevenson (Rich) and Jason Herring; his great grandchildren, Arie (TreAnn), Haylee, Zoey, Mason, Garrett, Logan, Kahanna and Addison; and his brother Robert Stanley Herring of Sidney. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
