He was predeceased by: his parents, William I. Beltz and Marcena Beltz (Armentrout). He is survived by: his wife Sharon K. Parker; his daughters, Kim Norton (Jeff), Jodi Katz (Keith), Kris White and Shari King (Tim); and his grandchildren, Jason Norton (Mary), Tyler Norton (Emily), Anna Norton, Josiah Katz (Rachel), Kirsten McKeown (Jonathan), Austin White and Parker White. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren; seven siblings; many nieces and nephews.
