He was predeceased by: his uncles, Jerry Stowers, Ron Tuttle, Joe Frost, Mike Frost and Ron Tomblin; and his aunt Reba Bailey.
He is survived by: his fiancée Dawn Blevins of Bellefontaine; his children, Tiara E. Blevins of Bellefontaine and Hunter D. Blevins of Marion; his siblings, Chris Frost (Angie) of Van Wert and Kelly Frost of Bellefontaine; and his nieces and nephews, Alexia, David, Deven, Tyler, Addison and Ian.
