We are sad to announce that on July 3, 2020, at the age of 87, Stuart Root of Bellefontaine, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Janet L. Griffey; his sister Doris Straight; and his stepsiblings, Ruth, Marty, Mary, Chuck and John Saikas.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Root (Rosanna) of Lancaster and Teri Murad (Donald) of Perrysburg, Ohio; his grandchildren, Casey Root (Amy), Shane Root (Rosee Cooper) and Kristen Murad; and his brother Jerry Root (Andrea) of Powell. He is also survived by six great grandchildren; one great-great grandson.
