With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Russell Williams (Bellefontaine, Ohio), born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on April 26, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Davis and Helen Williams (Rogers); and his brothers, Robert Roger Williams and Donald James Williams. He is survived by: his wife Lois Tenney; and his children, Thomas Williams (Nancy) of Clintonville, David Williams (Lynne) of Murphy and Mary Jo Cherup (Martin) of Delaware, Ohio.
