He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brother Ralph Schrader; his spouse Penny Wagaman; his daughters, Shelley LaPorte (Ted) of Mooresville and Sherrey Makemson (Scott) of Charlotte; his grandchildren, Madeleine, Claire, Isabelle LaPorte, Olivia, Anna and Zachary Makemson; his sisters, Ruth Zimmerman of Belle Center and Joann Swartz of Lancaster, Ohio; his sister-in-law Sue Schrader of Bellefontaine; and his pet Manndie. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
